Luiz Felipe Scolari has given the green light for Chelsea to launch a bid for Real Madrid winger Robinho.
Madrid will be happy to sell Robinho because they know he wants out, and, despite winning two La Liga titles with the club, the Brazilian is looking for better wages in the Premier League.
He is on £40,000 a week in Spain, whereas Chelsea would at least double that.
Robinho's agent Wagner Ribeiro was in England in May talking about the possible sale of the winger.
And he has confirmed his player wants to quit the Bernabeu, saying: "The subject is serious and all depends on Real Madrid."
