Chelsea's Jose Mourinho has been named the Barclays Premier League Manager of the Season.

The Portuguese tactician has scooped the prize for leading the Blues to the Premier League title which was their first triumph since 2010.

The selection group, consisting of former players, journalists and football stakeholders selected Mourinho ahead of Southampton's Ronald Koeman, Swansea City's Garry Monk, Leicester City's Nigel Pearson and Arsenal's Arsene Wenger.

It was Mourinho's third Manager of the Season win following his 2005 and 2006 triumphs.
