Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is stepping his plans to overhaul their striker stocks. The London Evening Standard says it is believed Chelsea are looking to cash in on the striker to raise transfer funds or use him as part of a possible swap deal for Everton's Ross Barkley or John Stones.
The 20-year-old has spent the season on loan at Everton, scoring 15 goals in all competitions - more than Chelsea strikers Samuel Eto'o, Demba Ba and Fernando Torres have managed.
However, he still looks surplus to requirements. Manager Jose Mourinho is already closing in on the £32m acquisition of Atletico Madrid forward Diego Costa and is also looking at Paris Saint Germain's Ezequiel Lavezzi and Bayern Munich forward Mario Mandzukic.
