Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho hailed skipper John Terry after their draw at Arsenal.

After the north London clash, Mourinho claimed Terry's display was amongst his best ever for the club.

"John Terry was amazing," he said. "He's had fantastic performances in the five or six years we have worked together and some of them with goals.

"There was a great performance at Highbury in my first season but today everything was clean - his reading of the game, giving cover all around the defensive line, his interceptions with a pass.

"The team was phenomenal but John was one step ahead of every player."
