Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is ready to push through a deal for Tottenham midfielder Paulinho.
The Daily Mail says Mourinho will raid Roman Abramovich's treasure chest this summer as he looks to put the finishing touches on his Chelsea grand plan.
Mourinho sees Paulinho as a natural successor to Frank Lampard.
The Blues have also made initial overtures to German club Hamburg over their interest in playmaker Hakan Calhanoglu - who has been dubbed the next Mesut Ozil.
