Jose Mourinho has insisted that he cannot beat Sir Alex Ferguson's Premier League title record of 13. The Scottish tactician lifted the English top flight trophy no less than 13 times in a sparkling career at Manchester United and that record will never be touched according to Mourinho who lifted his third with Chelsea on Sunday.

"I have a long way to go, but Sir Alex left the bar in an impossible position for anyone," said Mourinho.

"I cannot win 13 Premier Leagues.

"I can win 13 championships. I can. I have eight, I think I can go to 13. But 13 Premier Leagues, no, no chance."

Overall, Mourinho has won eight league titles with FC Porto (2), Chelsea (3), Inter Milan (2) and Real Madrid (1).
