Chelsea intend to sell Romelu Lukaku to fund their striker signing plans this summer.
The Daily Star says Blues boss Jose Mourinho is demanding £24m for Lukaku.
Lukaku, 20, is in high demand with Tottenham, Everton, Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen all reportedly interested.
He is under contract until 2016 but Mourinho feels selling him would be the best option to transform his strikeforce.
The Chelsea boss has slapped a £24m price tag on the 20-year-old's head and will use the cash to sign a star frontman, according to reports on the continent.
