Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho says Petr Cech knows clearly where he stands in his season plans.
Cech has started the season as backup to new No1 Thibaut Courtois, who penned a new contract last week.
"Petr is a very intelligent man and knew that when Courtois returned, he would sign a long contract to stay for a long time," commented Mourinho.
"But Petr has two years on his contract, and is a top goalkeeper.
"As I said at the end of the transfer market, I'm very happy for having him here."
