Chelsea boss Roberto di Matteo is ready to drop Fernando Torres AND Eden Hazard for their Champions League crunch at Juventus.

The Daily Star says Di Matteo is set to drop record £50m signing Fernando Torres for the showdown with Juventus which they cannot afford to lose.

Under pressure Di Matteo is also weighing up leaving £32m playmaker Eden Hazard on the bench, as he opts for a more cautious approach.

Defeat would almost certainly send the European champions crashing out of the competition.

Chelsea have won just two of their last seven games and lost 2-1 at West Brom on Saturday.
