Chelsea winger Salomon Kalou admits he wants to close his career at former club Feyenoord.
The 24 year-old Ivory Coast international moved to Chelsea from Feyenoord and says the Dutch club is still in his heart.
"I started my career at Feyenoord and those fans will always have a special place in my heart. I hope to end my career there," said Kalou.
