Lille star Eden Hazard has declared this will be his last season with the French champs.

Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea are the three Premier League clubs chasing his signature.

The 20-year-old Belgian, who is contracted at Lille until 2015, has revealed this season will be his last in Ligue 1.

"I feel ready to make it to the next level in a great club," Hazard told L'Equipe.

"I stayed in Lille this season because there were still things I had to work on, things to prove. But now, I'm ready."
