Pedro is preparing to leave Barcelona this summer.
Fichajes.com says Chelsea are set to battle it out with Arsenal and Inter Milan for Barcelona forward Pedro.
The Spain international is valued at £22m and could be allowed to leave the Camp Nou after falling down the pecking order.
But Liverpool and Manchester United appear to have cooled their interest in the 27-year-old.
