Gonzalo Higuain is set to leave Real Madrid in the summer.
Punto Pelota says Real have decided to sell one from strike-pair Higuain and Karim Benzema, with the Argentine the more likely to leave.
Higuain has been a long-term target for Chelsea, while his availability will also alert Arsenal and Tottenham.
