Chelsea and Tottenham could renew their interest in the Brazilian playmaker Willian according to ITV Sport. The Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder looked set to join Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala after they lodged an official £34m bid, however that has fallen through claim ITV Sport.
Either side would have to pay handsomely for the 22 year old, with Shakhtar reportedly holding out for more than the £29m offered by Anzhi.
