Championship outfit Charlton Athletic are set to snap up Standard Liege attacker Tony Watt.

The Daily Express says Watt has been told he has no future at Standard Liege just four months into a five-year deal and has spent the last few days in talks with the English Championship side.

Those discussions are close to sealing a January deal that would see the Scot line up for his fourth club in just 18 months.

Watt - still only 20 - has failed to settle in Liege after a £1.3million move from Celtic in the summer.
