The Scottish Football Association has charged Danny Lennon and Derek Adams after the two were embroiled in a touchline fracas on the weekend.
St Mirren boss Lennon and Ross County manager Adams have both been charged with 'misconduct at a match by the adoption of a threatening and aggressive attitude towards an opposing member of team staff'.
Additionally, Lennon has copped an extra charge of 'repeated use of offensive, insulting and abusive language'.
The duo, who were sent to the stands at Global Energy Stadium as County beat the Buddies 2-1 in Dingwall, now have until March 5 to respond to the association.
