Southampton fullback Calum Chambers is excited to be part of the St Mary's revolution.
Chambers is currently captain of England U19s.
"It's an amazing time at the moment," he admitted to theFA.com.
"We've got three players in the England senior squad, two in the Under-21s and obviously a couple here with the U19s - you couldn't get much better than that to be honest - and in the league we're flying at the moment as well.
"Seeing those guys doing so well definitely motivates players at my age. I'm really pleased for Jay [Rodriguez] and Adam [Lallana] - they deserve it.
"Also seeing Luke [Shaw] and James [Ward-Prowse] doing so well in the Under-21s is fantastic, it's an inspiration and a motivation seeing first-hand that the path from development teams to senior squad is there."
