Cesena have made €51,000 available to bankrupt Parma over their deal for Gregoire Defrel.
Legally, Cesena can sign Defrel for nothing, but they've decided to pay some compensation and insist it goes to Parma's employees.
“We decided to include a bid for Defrel," explained Cesena director of sport Rino Foschi on Sky Sport Italia.
“If the Lega Serie A accepts it, that money will go to the people who worked for Parma and now find themselves unemployed."
