Cesc just loves playing in Chelsea midfield

Cesc Fabregas admits he loves playing in Chelsea's midfield.

Fabregas's arrival has improved Chelsea's style of play but the former Arsenal captain insists his fellow midfielders have to share the credit.

He said: "I'm not the quickest but I like to pass the ball around and they move very well for me to do that. I think that blend between us has come naturally because we all see football the same way as each other but we don't all play the same way.

"Eden Hazard is a dribbler - he sees the pass, he sees our intentions. Oscar is very intelligent in the way he plays the No10 role, how he moves, and he also likes to play one-twos, to come short, then go long, because he has good vision. Andre Schurrle goes behind defenders very well and Willian is quick on his feet and technically very good.

"The coach likes Nemanja Matic and I giving stability to the team and we are always there to provide a solution to the players when they have the ball. I feel comfortable in this midfield position - it is the position I perform best in.

"We all like the same style but we have different qualities and that's why we all connect as well as we do."
