Torino winger Alessio Cerci put himself in the shop window in London this week. Italian sources say Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool all had scouts at Craven Cottage for Italy's 2-2 draw with Nigeria.
Cerci was the subject of their attention, with Toro president Urbano Cairo willing to sell for €12.5 million.
Interestingly, Roberto Mancini tried to sign Cerci for Manchester City last season, but the new regime at the Etihad have now dropped their interest.
