Celtic are set to turn down proposals from QPR and Norwich City for Gary Hooper.
The star Hoops striker has been the subject of frenzied interest from a handful of Premier League clubs recently with the R's looking to test their mettle against the big boys despite their relegation.
Both QPR and Norwich lodged the £4million bids on Monday but reports suggest that Hoops chief Peter Lawwell is holding out for a bigger transfer fee.
