Celtic manager Neil Lennon has hailed goalkeeper Fraser Forster following his brilliant performance in Italy last night.
The 23-year old gloveman, on loan from Newcastle United, was at his best as the Hoops drew 1-1 with Udinese in the final Europa League group match and although the Glasgow club missed out on the next phase, Lennon was delighted for the 'next Artur Boruc'.
"There were some top-class saves. You need your goalkeeper like that.""We had Artur Boruc a couple of years ago and in Forster, I think we've found another one like that," Lennon said after the match.
Forster said that he was planning to keep improving despite putting in such a solid display against top-class opposition.
"I think keepers hit their peak well into their thirties. I'm just working hard and we'll see where it takes me.""There's definitely more to come from me," he said.
