Celtic boss Neil Lennon was overjoyed at seeing Emilio Izaguirre back in action for the first time since early August.
The Honduran left-back made a 10-minute cameo for the Hoops in their 3-0 win over Dunfermline Athletic yesterday after recovering from a broken ankle sustained in the second game of the Scottish Premier League season and Lennon was delighted with his short performance.
"That delighted me. I'm in for a few more white hairs, I think, over the next few months.
"But even in that little ten-minute cameo, you could see him wanting to get forward.
"It has been a long slog for him and we were in a comfortable position in which to bring him on.""It was great to see him back - he was bringing the ball down in his own box and trying to take on the centre forward," Lennon said.
