Kilmarnock youngster Liam Kelly is a target for West Ham United and Norwich City.

The Daily Mail says Celtic ill join the English clubs in sending scouts to Rugby Park for the Boxing Day clash with Hearts.

Kelly is out of contract next year and up for grabs for a nominal fee in January, or could sign a pre-contract and move for free in the summer.
