Celtic centre-half Daniel Majstorovic will be sidelined for three weeks with a hamstring injury it has been revealed.
The 33-year old Swedish stopper strained his hamstring in Saturday's 1-0 win over Aberdeen and will be forced out as the Hoops strive to keep their stranglehold on top position of the Scottish Premier League table.
Celtic boss Neil Lennon will look straight into the transfer market after finding out the bad news with only 20-year old Thomas Rogne and 24-year old Charlie Mulgrew his only potential replacements.
Nottingham Forest's Kelvin Wilson, who has signed a pre-contract with Celtic, could be brought in early but it looks as though the English Championship club will want a transfer fee if he leaves now whilst the Hoops would prefer to get him for nothing at the end of the season.
