Celtic are aiming to re-sign Aston Villa midfielder Shaun Maloney.

The News of the World says the midfielder has started 18 games in as many months but the Bhoys may offer left-back Lee Naylor, 28, in part-exchange to get him.

Villa now value Maloney at around £4million and has two years left on his contract.
