Celtic are ready to make an offer for Sunderland winger James McClean.

Hoops are expected to bid £2.5 million for the midfielder.

While McClean was not mentioned by name, Hoops coach Garry Parker said: "We have options. I'm not saying who they are but we have our sights set on a few.

"We could probably do with two or three more. That would be good."
