Celtic defender Virgil van Dijk remains a target for Manchester City and Arsenal.
The Mail on Sunday says it's thought Van Dijk could cost Arsenal or Man City in the region of £10m if Celtic have their way.
The 22-year-old has represented the Netherlands at Under 21 level and is being tipped for a senior international bow by Celtic boss Neil Lennon.
"It's inevitable," he admitted last week. "If he keeps going and progressing the way he is, that he'll become a Dutch international."
