The People says Miyaichi is a loan target for Neil Lennon's Celtic - and could head to Scotland in January.
The 18-year-old attacking midfielder has just received a permit to play for the Gunners.
Lennon hopes to get the nod to sharpen him up for Arsene Wenger.
