Celtic are again hoping to bring Newcastle United striker Leon Best to the club.
The Scottish champions went after the Irish attacker in January but Best turned down their advances, however, it appears that the Toon are prepared to sell him for around £2million this summer with the Hoops keen again.
Best is on the periphery at Sports Direct Arena with Papiss Cisse, Demba Ba, Hatem Ben Arfa and Shola Ameobi ahead of him so is unlikely to get many opportunities under Alan Pardew and Celtic manager Neil Lennon is looking for a capable goalscorer ahead of their Champions League campaign next term.
