"Celta Vigo have offered €2m [£1.3m], but Hearts want €3m [£2m]," the agent said yesterday. "Other clubs are also interested, because he is a quality left-sided defender.
"He would like to leave, because he has had a good offer, but the president [majority shareholder Vladimir Romanov] is asking for more money. The right price is always between the asking price and the bid price."
