Celta Vigo attacker Gabri Veiga is thrilled with his current form.

Veiga was voted Celta's Player of the Month for January.

He said, "I honestly thought I was going to slow down but this is welcome. I was very confident this season but I thought I was going to go more slowly and end up coming in. This is for me is a dream and it doesn't stop."

He once again thanked the fans for the ovation he received last Sunday after the win against Valladolid, in which he scored two goals and provided an assist: "It was one of the most beautiful moments of my life.

"It's exciting because a short time ago I was on the other side of the fence. It is the support of these wonderful people that we have. I am sure that together we will all achieve our goals."
