Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard feels that premature celebrations during the 3-3 draw with Bournemouth costs the Toffees three points.
Midfielder Ross Barkley gave his team a 3-2 lead five minutes into added time that prompted wild celebrations from the players and fans, who invaded the pitch.
But the Toffees were soon pegged back as Junior Stanislas scored an equalizer for the Cherries soon after the restart.
"Once the celebration went on too long you kind of got the feeling the time would be added on," said Howard.
"You want to take time celebrating but you don't want to take too much time. I think it added some time on unfortunately.
"We just lacked a bit of composure. We cause chaos for other teams but let ourselves down."
