Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has welcomed their swoop for Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas.

Cesc signed for Chelsea yesterday in a £27 million deal.

Cech told BBC Sport: "He's a great player with a lot of experience of playing in England and the Premier League so it's a great addition to the team."
