Catania boss Diego Simeone has swooped for St Etienne striker Gonzalo Bergessio.
The 26-year-old has put pen to paper on a contract until 2014.
He becomes the 12th Argentine on Catania's first team squad.
Bergessio has often featured as a substitute for Saint-Etienne this season.
