Real Madrid Castilla winger Jese Rodriguez admits they need to start winning to move away from the Segunda Division dropzone.

Like the senior first team, Real's Castilla are also struggling for Liga form.

"We've got to be strong here and win all the matches. We've got to continue with the same dynamic and when we play away from home our defence has to play further up the pitch. If we play like that and take our chances good results will come our way. Also, we need to restore the fans' hope with a win. The fans are very important and I'm sure they will get behind up and cheer us on," said Jese.
