Antonio Cassano is demanding a pay-rise to stay with AC Milan.

Tuttosport says Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri held clear the air talks with Cassano over the weekend in an effort to remotivate the unsettled forward.

Cassano wasn't impressed and has made it clear he will only feel secure if Milan upgrade his contract.

Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has had enough and is ready to sell Cassano should the right offer arrive.
