Newcastle United boss John Carver admits the stress of the job has seen him lose weight.
Newcastle have earned just nine points and won only two matches since Carver succeeded Alan Pardew.
Carver said: "I was 15st 6lbs, and I'm now 14st 6lbs. It's just a combination of everything.
"Obviously I've not got a social life anymore, so that takes away the drinking part of it. I've been eating sensibly, although I'm sure there's some stress in there as well.
"There are down times when you feel low. But to be honest, and people will think I'm crazy to say this, I love everything about the job.
"I was driving in the other day feeling sorry for myself. I stopped at the lights, and could see a white van pull up alongside. The guys in it gestured to me to keep my chin up. I got quite emotional. What they did meant so much."
