Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick admits they need to improve their record at Liverpool.
United have not won in their last five visits to Anfield, losing four and drawing one, a record Carrick admitted they are desperate to remedy.
"It's something we're hoping to put right and hopefully that starts this weekend," he said.
"I enjoy it - it's one of the best games to play in. To play in games like that are the ones you remember, especially the ones you win.
"It's a special game of football. As a player, you appreciate what it means to everyone and the stature of the game in world football.
"It's up there with any game in the world. Just to sample the atmosphere is special. Hopefully the game can live up to it."
