Chelsea midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah is being linked with Carpi.

Chalobah is currently on-loan with Napoli, but has struggled for minutes under coach Maurizio Sarri.

Carpi could take over Chalobah's loan in January for the remainder of the season.

Their president, Stefano Bonacini, stated: "The important thing is that someone will come to embody the values of Carpi.

"Needless to take big names, we want players with hunger and the desire to surprise."
