Former FC Twente fullback David Carney is excited about his move to Blackpool.
Carney joined Blackpool on transfer deadline day.
He was swayed to Bloomfield Road by manager Ian Holloway's attacking brand of football and the famous dressing room spirit at the club.
Carney told Blackpool's website: "I went to Holland because of that and to come here and play that way, just to play a fast game on the ground will suit me, so I'm just looking forward to working and hopefully playing well.
"I've heard they're a great bunch of lads, great to work with and a great team spirit so that's what you want to hear and I look forward to meeting them."
