Carlisle United have set their price for teenage defender Jarrad Branthwaite.

The Daily Mail says Carlisle want around £800,000 for Everton target Branthwaite.

The League Two club rejected an offer of £500,000 plus add ons from Everton last week for the 17-year-old centre back and want a greater sum up front.

Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Watford and Leicester have all shown an interest as well.

However, Everton are now weighing up whether to increase their offer to head off the competition with Bundesliga side Red Bull Leipzig also joining the list of potential suitors.
