Cardiff City youngster Deji Oshilaja is staying with Newport.
Newport have confirmed the extension of Oshilaja's loan from Cardiff City until January 6.
The 20-year-old defender has made a big impression since joining the club at the end of October, making six appearances and scoring his first senior goal against Portsmouth in their Johnstone's Paint Trophy win.
"Everyone is delighted that an agreement has been made between the clubs and the player to continue the registration through to 2014," a club statement said.
