Cardiff City and Swansea City must step up their bid for Lyon striker Bafetimbi Gomis.
Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has revealed "a very good offer" from Shakhtar Donetsk was table last week.
Le Parisien says Gomis is determined to leave and is also in contact with Premier League duo Cardiff and Swansea.
