Cardiff City's on-loan striker Oumar Niasse says he's desperate to help keep the club up.

Niasse is on-loan at Cardiff from Everton.

"Like I've been doing all my career, I'm going to fight for Cardiff and then I'll see what's going to happen," he told the Daily Star.

“I will try to do my best. Everyone is doing their best at the football club.

“It's part of football - and as a player - to just fight for what you like.

“And that's what I'm doing just loving football, playing and giving people smiles.

“If I can do that for Cardiff people, I will do it."
