Bolton have confirmed the capture of Adam Le Fondre on a loan deal.
The 28-year old Cardiff City striker will spend the remainder of the season with the Trotters after struggling for form in south Wales.
Le Fondre joined the Bluebirds from Reading in the summer but has netted just three times in 25 appearances since arriving at the Cardiff City Stadium.
The former Stockport County and Rochdale forward will not be available to take on old side Rotherham United on Tuesday but will go into Neil Lennon's squad for the weekend's meeting with Wolves.
"The manager gave me a really good feeling. I'm here to score goals and help push us up the league," he told the club's official website.
"I feel like I have a bit of a point to prove. I want to get back scoring goals and enjoying my football."
