Cardiff's Bellamy praised by Arsenal's Ramsey - 'He's had a fantastic Wales career'

Craig Bellamy ended his international career on Tuesday night with an assists in wales' 1-1 draw with Belgium in Brussels.

The 34-year old striker has called time on his 78-match international career but departs with plenty of praise from Dragons captain Aaron Ramsey who was able to net a late equalizer from Bellamy's clever through ball.

The Arsenal midfielder was delighted to send Bellamy off after a positive performance from the Welsh side.

"He's had a fantastic Welsh career," he told Sky Sports.

"You couldn't ask for a better professional and the last two games we have put in an incredible performance for him."
