Cardiff require two wins for safety - Solskjaer

Cardiff City manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer knows his team must win their remaining matches if they want to stay in the Premier League next season.

The Bluebirds dropped to the bottom of the table following Sunday's 4-0 loss at Sunderland and now need to beat Newcastle United at St James' Park next weekend and Chelsea at home on May 11 if they want a second campaign in England's top flight.

"Of course they have taken a big blow, but we have got two games - we have got to win those two," Solskjaer said.

"We looked at this one as a possibility for three points, but then we have got to look at the next one and Chelsea. The next two games, you have got to win them."
