Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter says he's in touch with manager Eddie Howe during his loan at Cardiff City.

Arter is on-loan with the Bluebirds this season.

He told Sky Sports: "I speak to Eddie once or twice every couple of months. I have been with him for so long and achieved so much as a player and a club and he has helped me on and off the pitch.

"Even if I had left the club permanently, I would like to think we would stay in contact. The communication has been good."
