Cardiff City are ready to offer £1 million for Fulham's USA international striker Eddie Johnson.
Johnson has failed to make an impact since joining The Cottagers last season.
Jones has also asked about Fulham team-mate David Healy, but the striker wants to stay in the Premier League.
